Program Health Food Management Innovation is a two-year master program in English at Maastricht University.
prepares you to enter in the process of innovation in the food industry, with special emphasis on health promotion and healthy behavior- nutrition by developing new commercial food concepts. This program will fill the need for professionals who have the experience to properly interpret data.
Today, poor nutrition, often in combination with an inactive lifestyle, are known factors related to various chronic diseases, such as obesity, heart disease and diabetes. Nutritional health has become a major driver of innovation in the food industry.
Program Health Food Innovation Management aims to develop skills in students that will help them perform important roles in the business of healthy eating and develop a solid base for employment in the field of research.
