Step 1: Find a study program of your choice

Maybe you already know what you want to do after you graduate. If you don’t, then you can think about what you are good at and what you enjoy doing. Read about the programs on our website.

Step 2: Check the requirements and conditions

You can read about this also on our website and you can always ask UNIFY in case you have doubts about something.

In the final years of your study.

Step 3: Prepare the necessary documents and send it to UNIFY

Translate your grades transcript, write your own CV and motivation letter and send it to us. We will contact you, in case something is not good enough with your documents.

In the autumn of your last year at high school.

Step 4: Receive an admission letter

Check your email and account regularly for any news.

Usually it takes 2-3 weeks after your enrolment in order to receive and admission letter, in some universities even less than a week.

Step 5: Confirm your place at the university

After you will receive your admission letter, contact UNIFY to confirm your place at the university

As soon as possible.

Step 6: Find a room/Book a ticket

UNIFY makes predeparture presentations and meetings with its students in order to explain how to find a room.

The meetings began in June, but you can look for a room for yourself via internet even before that

Step 7: Get yourself informed

UNIFY will reveal a lot of information before your departure to Holland. However, it is good if you search for some information for yourself too.


Step 8: Payment of your tuition fee/Arrange a study loan

During the predeparture meetings, UNIFY will inform you about the details around the payment of your tuition fee, payment in installments and student loan.

Depends on the university.

Step 9: Departure to Holland

Congratulations! You are already a student. UNIFY will also inform about the possible ways of travel to Holland, what to take with you in your luggage and how to get around in Holland.
